A: The Synergy Open 2024 tournament is a badminton event organized for players of all levels to come together and compete. The tournament is NOT subdivided into various grades (e.g., Grade A, B, C), ensuring equal opportunities for everyone to compete against each other. Hence, there is only one grade in this tournament.

A: You can register by submitting the online form at https://www.tournamentsoftware.com/tournament/119C553D-755B-46F9-892E-EF0F1E3365B2 before 24th August 2024. We will contact you for further details.

A: Synergy Cup 2024 is a BV sanctioned event, meaning players will earn BV ranking points by participating. The Synergy team is working closely with Badminton Victoria to ensure that the tournament is conducted in accordance with BV rules and regulations.

A: Yes, Synergy Open 2024 is a Badmintion Victoria (BV) sanctioned event. Hence, all players need to have a BV number to complete the registration process. You can find more details about becoming a Badmintion Victoria (BV) member here.

A: Winners will receive AUD 2,000 per team, and runners-up will receive AUD 1,000 per team. There will also be a third and fourth place match, with prizes of AUD 350 and AUD 250 for the respective teams. Winning teams will be presented with trophies and medals. Additionally, teams reaching the quarterfinal stage will receive AUD 100 each.

A: Saturday, 7th September 2024.

A: Kilsyth Sports Centre, 115 Liverpool Rd, Kilsyth VIC 3137.

A: No age limit.

A: It will be Men’s & Women’s doubles conducted with a round-robin stage and knockout stages.

A: We will finish both events on the same day (07/09/2024).

A: Organisers will arrange food trucks outside the stadium at reasonable cost for food & drinks.

A: You are most welcome to bring your family. We are arranging various family entertainments to engage your family and kids.

A: No specific dress codes. But non-marking shoes should be used in the badminton courts while playing.

A: Quality shuttles will be provided. You have to carry your own rackets and your personal belongings.
